Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $52,000.00 Annually

Assists with theday-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers
- Convert quotes into orders
- Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors
- Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders
- Enter purchase orders with vendors
- Input material return authorizations if necessary
- Follow up on quotations made to customers
- Communicate with account managers regarding accounts
- Attend monthly sales training meetings
- College education is preferred in a business related field
- This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must enjoy working with and developing relationships with new people
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer account specifics
