Lead Sign Installer – Signarama / YESCO Sign & Lighting Service
We’re looking for a hands‑on, confident, and dependable Lead Sign Installer to join our growing team. This is a frontline leadership role—ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, communicates well, and can set the tone for safe, clean, and efficient installs.

- Install channel letters, cabinets, interior/exterior graphics, vinyl, post-and-panel systems, digital signs, and LED retrofits.
- Operate bucket trucks, lifts, cranes, and power tools safely and confidently.
- Ensure every install meets quality, safety, and brand standards.
- Run the install crew and maintain a professional, positive jobsite environment.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, general contractors, and electricians.
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, permits, and site plans.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively—no excuses, no delays.
- Perform accurate surveys and document site conditions.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards; lead by example.
- Ensure every project is clean, complete, and photo‑documented.
Maintain tools, ladders, trucks, and lift equipment. Report service needs promptly and ensure the install truck is organized and ready for the next job.
What You Bring To The TableMinimum 3–5 years experience in sign installation or related trades (electric, construction, remodeling, fabrication).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to lead others with a steady, professional attitude.
- Clean driving record; CDL or crane certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.
- Pride in workmanship—and the expectation that your crew will follow suit.
