What We Offer (Our Wage & Benefits Package)
  • Pay Range: $34.89 – $44.30 per hour (Based on experience)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, air handling systems, ductless mini-splits, hot water heating systems, etc.).
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system tune‑ups to maximize energy efficiency.
  • Perform equipment and system repairs.
  • Perform equipment replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed.
  • Interact professionally with customers, explaining diagnostic findings.
  • Keep the company service vehicle clean, safe, and properly stocked with inventory.
What We Look For (Requirements)
  • Professional HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification (Type I & Type II required).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with electrical schematics.
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills and a high standard of integrity.
