What You’ll Do- Assist installers: prepare and install flooring products.
- Keep tools organized and keep the job site orderly and clean.
- Work with installers to keep the job moving efficiently.
- Install carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and window treatments.
- Interact with staff and customers.
- Warehouse and inventory management; receive and unload delivery trucks of merchandise; keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Work alongside showroom and construction site colleagues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- 3+ years of installation experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to take direction.
- Good people skills.
- Independent, proactive thinker.
- Team player.
- Flexible or open work schedule.
- Experience with hand tools and knowledge of them.
- Experience with any construction projects.
- Driver’s license.
