Crush Wash Foreman

Job Summary

Crush/Wash Plant Foreman – Northeast Asphalt, Northern Wisconsin

• Lead a tight‑knit crew to keep operations running safely and efficiently
• Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
• Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
• Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
• Enforce safety practices and work‑site standards
• Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
• Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, cleanup, etc.

This is a portable operation; you will rotate between sites throughout Northern Wisconsin.

• Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills with crews
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to join the union if not already a member
• Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions
• A strong work ethic and knack for problem‑solving
