HVAC Technician

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: up to $38.00/HR

Duties:

• Work safely and follow all company safety protocols during installation, maintenance, and service of HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to installation and service tasks.
• Assist with accurate and efficient installation and service of HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Pre-measure job sites to determine required materials and ensure proper preparation for each project.
• Install household appliances as needed.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job; maintain proper stock levels on service vehicle.
• Support team members and assist coworkers as directed by management.
• Complete all required documentation and service paperwork before the end of each shift.
• Perform and interpret readings on test instruments, understanding their importance for system performance and safety.
• Follow national, state, and local mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes and regulations.
• Communicate job status, delays, or issues to the dispatcher or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe working condition and notify management when maintenance is needed.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service at all times and report any customer concerns or issues to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• 1–5 years of experience in HVAC service or installation (commercial or residential experience acceptable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel as required for job assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
