Class A CDL Truck Driver - CDL graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, for regional runs operating 53' dry van trailers. This is a 100% no-touch position. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply; an OTR training program with an experienced trainer is provided for drivers with limited experience.

• Compensation & benefits
  • Average weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,500 (varies by experience and miles)
  • Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
  • Trainee pay: $650+ per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
  • Stop pay: $15 per stop
  • Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve 7 MPG fuel economy

    home biweekly; drivers should be willing to operate day or night as required
  • Training: OTR training with a trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under six months’ experience
• Minimum qualifications
  • Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
  • Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
  • No DUIs in the last 5 years. Felonies and misdemeanors in the last 10 years will be reviewed by safety.
  • Not terminated from most recent employment
  • Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps outside of school or training; minimum 6 months of employment in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years
  • Must be able to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
