Badger State/America's Auto Auction Wisconsin is looking currently looking for a full-time Roll Back Driver to join our team.

Full-time 40hrs a week M-F - No overnight driving, no weekends!! $22+/hr

$1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

We want to give our customers a great experience, whether they are buying or selling a vehicle and that starts with our safe drivers. As a driver you will need to utilize your safe loading and driving skills as well provide excellent customer service as you engage with vendors and associates to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

What you will do – Essential responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follows all established safety guidelines and procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Provide any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
• Towing and transporting damaged and disabled vehicles
• Report any problems or damage to management
• Experience operating 4 car hauler

• Valid state-issued driver's license
• CDL Required for 4 Car Rollback / Wrecker experience; CDL not required for 2 car rollback
• Clean driving record
• Lift heavy objects and winch transported vehicles during the loading process
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills
