We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Fond du Lac team. You’ll spend your days on the road, interacting with customers, staying active, and making sure the products they rely on arrive safely and on time.

And when the day is done, you go home.

$17–$20/hour, based on experience

You’ll be one of the friendly faces our customers see—and an important link between our team and theirs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely operating a 28-foot straight truck on local delivery routes

Loading, unloading, and securing products

Verifying orders and obtaining customer signatures

Providing professional, friendly customer service

Picking, packing, and staging warehouse orders

Using RF scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments

Completing daily vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns

Helping with warehouse and shipping operations when needed

You don't need to be an expert on day one. We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, and takes pride in doing the job right.

You'll need:

A valid Wisconsin driver's license

To be at least 21 years old

Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day

A reliable, organized, team-oriented approach

The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Familiarity with DOT regulations
