Cashier Position at Velocity Vehicle Group

As a Cashier, your primary responsibility will be to process payments from customers purchasing parts while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide fair, honest, and exceptional customer service.
• Receive and accurately process customer payments.
• Print and distribute customer invoices.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and answering telephone calls.
• Respond to customer questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashiering or payment-processing experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

Compensation:

• $20-$22 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Plus Bonus Incentive Plan
• Full-time position
