ECS - Desktop Support - Int

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician. This role involves providing frontline technical support and guidance in planning, implementing, and managing LANs and WANs, as well as end-user computing applications and devices.

• Desktop Technician experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to handle system installation and configuration
• Prior work experience in the healthcare industry or similar environments
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience working in a hospital environment
• Familiarity with handling printer systems and security fundamentals
• Experience installing third-party software

• Provide desktop support to users for break/fix of IT equipment, move/add/changes, and support initiatives such as OS upgrades
• Respond to tickets from the National Service Desk, including incident and add/move/change tickets
• Coordinate moves, adds, and changes to support complex LAN & WAN networks
• Ensure excellent customer service to computer users
