Pay Range: $25/hr - $26/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support across multiple healthcare facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
- Support Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Complete Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) for workstations and equipment
- Deploy, install, configure, and replace desktop hardware
- Support operating system upgrades and desktop refresh initiatives
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issues
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records
- Document work performed and update ticketing systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support or end-user computing experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or patient-facing environment
- Service Now or enterprise ticketing system experience
- Operating system deployment and upgrade experience
- Technical consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Microsoft certifications and/or CompTIA A+
- · Four or more years of desktop support experience
