Production Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing roofing materials, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of shingle products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands, without the use of tools or machinery
• Meet production targets of 12 boxes per hour to ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and using PPE
• Participate in startup, shutdown, cleanup, and routine maintenance activities
• Adhere to standard procedures and technical training to perform manufacturing tasks accurately

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to bring personal safety shoes and wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to meet production goals consistently
