Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Korean language skills are a plus, but not required Quick learner with a flexible, team-oriented attitude

Job Duties Operate tableting machinery to produce capsules and tablets Load 50-pound bags of powder into production equipment Monitor machine performance and product quality Assist with cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment Support other departments as needed through cross-training Follow safety, quality, and production procedures

Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
