Telemetry Registered Nurse | Fontana, California

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and boosters preferred
• Prior experience in a Telemetry setting is highly valued
• Strong assessment, planning, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Monitor patients in the Telemetry unit and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition or treatment response
• Coordinate and implement patient/family education and support in alignment with care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with physicians regarding patient status, cardiac monitoring results, and diagnostic studies
• Oversee and guide ancillary nursing staff to ensure adherence to care standards
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
