1st Shift: Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

You'll Thrive Here If You've Got...

• Education: High school diploma (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years prior B2B inside sales, customer service, or data entry experience
• U.S. work authorization (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers
• Ability to prioritize, excellent organization, and attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to travel 50% or more (preferred)

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Generate and email business customers written quotations
• Enter purchase orders into the computer system and follow-up
• Process requests for sales reps and distributors (literature, demos, etc.)
• Maintain and prepare reports, as requested
• Make cost-justifiable product recommendations
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone, and route more complicated questions to our Applications Engineers
• Become a product knowledge expert
• A comprehensive training program is provided
• Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001
• Other duties as assigned
