Electrician

Job Description

The Electrician's Assistant will primarily support new multifamily residential electrical projects, working closely within small teams of 1 to 3 members. This role involves assisting trained electricians with basic electrical tasks while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The assistant is expected to complete assigned duties with a degree of independence, reporting progress through regular check-ins. Work is mostly stationary and does not typically require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians on residential projects with various tasks
• Perform basic electrical work under supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support team members with materials and tools
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical work
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a small team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
