Drive Regional Southwest Routes
Drive regional Southwest routes with weekly home time, no-touch freight, and a mileage-based pay package. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers seeking consistent regional work and dry van freight.
Freight- Dry van trailers
- No driver unload required
- Primarily drop-and-hook freight
- Southwest regional operation
- Average 2,240+ miles per week
- Weekly 34-hour restart
- $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
- Safety incentive: +$0.01 to +$0.03 CPM
- Additional +$0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (not required)
Drivers are responsible for transporting customer freight safely throughout the Southwest while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, electronic logging, and communication with dispatch throughout each trip.
Requirements- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must meet DOT qualification requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Paid orientation
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered provided all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
