Waldorf University – Graduate Assistant, Men’s Wrestling

Waldorf University (NAIA/GPAC) in Forest City, Iowa, seeks a Graduate Assistant to support the Men’s Wrestling program. The appointment includes an online graduate tuition waiver covering 12 consecutive online academic terms, a monetary stipend of $10,350 per year for two academic years, and a stipend schedule based on the start date, typically between August and April.

• Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student athletes.
• Oversee weight training and conditioning sessions.
• Conduct individual skill development workouts.
• Conduct film exchange.
• Assist with onsite coaching duties.
• Participate in all phases of the recruiting process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach and/or Athletic Department.

• Prior collegiate wrestling experience.
• Dedication to students and interest in pursuing a coaching career.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Availability for evenings and weekend travel.
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA meeting the acceptance standards of Waldorf’s graduate program by the start date.

Anticipated assistantship starting July 29 and no later than August 12, 2026.
