Basketball Mens - Graduate Assistant

Waldorf University (NAIA/GPAC), located in Forest City, Iowa, seeks applicants for a Graduate Assistant—Men's Basketball. The appointment includes an online graduate tuition waiver over 12 consecutive online academic terms (18 months to 2 years) and a monetary stipend of $10,350 per year (spread over 9 months). The anticipated work/stipend schedule will be determined based on start date, which typically follows the academic calendar from the end of July through graduation in May.

• Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student athletes
• Oversee weight training and conditioning sessions
• Perform individual skill development workouts
• Conduct film exchange analysis
• Complete onsite coaching duties
• Learn and involve in all phases of the recruiting process
• Other duties as assigned by the head coach

• Must have prior related collegiate playing or coaching experience
• Dedication to students and an interest in pursuing a career in coaching and/or administration
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Evenings and weekend travel required
