ITsupporttoon-siteemployeesandresources.
Gatherclientandprobleminformation,troubleshootandresolvewhenpossible,orescalatequicklyandaccuratelywhenappropriate.
Provideoperationalsupporttoon-siteequipmentrelatedtoclient
Desktops,Handheld,Laptops,Process
PC's,NetPC's,Servers,associated
OS(NT,Windows) and software,printers,tethered network
Switches,Routers,Firewalls,Phone systemsanduntethered
Wirelessaccesspoints.
Gather/Captureclientandprobleminformation
Makeuseoftechnicalskills,knowledgedatabaseandotherITresourcestoresolveproblemsandescalateproblemsappropriately
Assistsenduserswithhardwareandsoftwareissuesbyfieldingtelephonecalls,email communication,helpdesktickets,diagnosingproblemsandperformingtroubleshootingactivities.
Documents, tracksandmonitorstheproblemtofacilitateatimelyresolution.
Reliesonestablishedguidelinesandinstructionstoperformdailyjobfunctions.
Applicantmusthaveexperiencesupporting Outlook,Windows,Word,Excelandotherdesktopapplications.
Worksunderimmediatesupervision.
