Job Title
Order Management Specialist – Supply Chain Operations (2nd & 3rd Shift)
LocationForest City, IA
Pay Rate$21.00 per hour
Shifts Available- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Enter and manage orders in SAP ERP.
- Monitor order status and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Handle backorders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare reports related to demand planning, inventory management, and order performance.
- Support daily supply chain operations while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, or customer service.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
