Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to join their team. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting international order management, demand planning, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Logistics Scheduler

Pay Range: $18 to $20 p/h on w-2
Shift :
Monday
- Friday - 8 to 4pm

What's the Job?

• Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
• Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and back-order situations efficiently.
• Oversee reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and order management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures is a plus.
