Wow Bao is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for our Forest City, NC facility, reporting to the Quality Manager. You will oversee daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment, production areas, and grounds, including scheduling, monitoring workflows, rounds, and troubleshooting to keep production safe and compliant.
You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and USDA standards while coordinating with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to resolve issues
