LPN​/LVN - Pediatrics

Family First Homecare is seeking an LPN/LVN Pediatric nurse for a position in Forest City, Iowa.

Provide 1:1 pediatric private duty homecare across Central and Northern Iowa. Flexible day, night, weekday, weekend, and PRN schedules are available.

RN: $30–$34/hour
LPN: $27–$31/hour
$2/hour shift differential for shifts worked between 7:00PM and 7:00AM
Available shifts: days, nights, weekdays, weekends, PRN, and flexible scheduling; backfill opportunities available.

• Medication administration
• G‑tube/enteral feedings
• Oxygen support
• Seizure management
• Trach and ventilator care

Active Iowa RN or LPN license. Pediatric, home‑care, or skilled nursing experience (new grads welcomed). Competency with assigned acuities and a reliable, family‑centered care approach.
