Warehouse Operator - Solventum

This role supports production operations by ensuring that materials are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.

• Accurately and efficiently receive, stock, fill, and ship orders.
• Operate power order‑picking equipment to fulfill customer and branch orders.
• Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock.
• Pack and check material for shipment.
• Perform work at elevated heights (up to approximately 25 feet) on equipment and platforms while wearing a full‑body harness.
• Execute all required duties in a safe manner, following established policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm (five 8‑hour shifts).
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 pm–7:00 am (four 10‑hour shifts).

• High School Diploma or GED earned prior to start.
• OR one year of experience in a production or warehouse role.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on availability.
• Willingness to work overtime or holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations.
• Prior experience operating a forklift.
• Prior experience working at elevated heights.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Starting rate of $24.21 per hour, with potential to increase to $27.05 per hour. Onsite – 806 W Crystal Lake Rd, Forest City, IA 50436. No travel required.
