Pro Ampac is seeking a production operator to set up and run converting bag machines on a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift schedule. You will read work orders, ensure correct materials and quality, and perform regular quality checks to catch issues early. You will also maintain equipment cleanliness, observe safety rules, and train new teammates as needed.
The role requires independent work ethic, strong troubleshooting, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend/holiday overtime is expected.
