Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

As an LPN or RN at Willow Ridge, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition

• Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians, providers, and nursing leadership

• Supervise, support, and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations

• Help create a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Nursing Leadership Career Path:

RN → Unit Manager → Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) → Director of Nursing (DON)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
