Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support student well-being and academic success in a school setting located in Forest Grove, OR. This contract position offers the chance to provide psychological services that address the diverse needs of the student population, collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide consultation to teachers and parents regarding student development and learning strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
