Temporary Human Resources Generalist

Job Type: Temporary (3–6 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll:
- Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on time
- Partner with employees and managers to handle employee relations conversations professionally
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee support
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience processing payroll
- Comfortable conducting employee relations conversations and resolving workplace concerns
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
