Computer Support Technician provides first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff. This position involves troubleshooting common account issues, computer hardware and software issues, providing technical guidance, and assisting users with technology-related questions. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

• Provide in-person, and phone support to users experiencing technical difficulties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common computer hardware and software issues.
• Assist users with account setup, password resets.
• Assist users in reporting incidents via the Pacific services portal.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Be a willing and receptive learner.

This position lasts from September to the end of the undergraduate academic calendar in May.

Wage rate: $16.80
