Scope
Production Leads at TTM Technologies are valued for their experience which is critical to our success. We desire and seek individuals who have process manufacturing experience, an understanding of lean manufacturing principals, and foster continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities- Adherence to material handling and machine operation disciplines.
- Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
- Read blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents and engineering notes to take individual/specific action to produce precisely designed products.
- Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate hot orders and customer requirements.
- Work closely with others in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a strong, customer‑focused culture.
- Operate with a sense of urgency.
- Exact adherence to process requirements.

- Knowledge and experience in the use of circuit board terminology.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of inspection devices, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
- Strong comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
- Good English skills: written and verbal communication required.
- Team working skills are critical for success.
- Good hand, finger and eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Computer keyboarding for data entry and documentation.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
- Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
- Comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based on specific physical locations.
Export StatementMust comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
Responsibilities include:
identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor, recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation, understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities, understanding ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US, managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
