Overview

Responsibilities- Adhere to production time‑sensitive disciplines and maintain equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
- Read blueprints, English instruction documents, and engineering notes to perform precise production tasks.
- Comply with all safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow dispatch requirements while accommodating schedule changes for hot orders and customer demands.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate a customer‑focused culture.
- Operate with a true sense of urgency and exact adherence to process requirements.
- Follow written instructions in English, including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
- Read, write, and communicate in English at a level necessary for the job.
- Perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Lift up to 30 pounds without strain.
- Stand throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with circuit board terminology.
- Experience using CNC machinery and measurement/inspection tools (magnification, scopes, calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Knowledge of Lean principles and/or continuous improvement preferred.

- Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience.
- Reasonable compensation ranges provided for New York, California and Colorado (state‑specific for California).
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. Responsibilities include identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor, verifying visitor badges, following authorization procedures for foreign visitors, understanding ITAR export requirements, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
