- 1+ year of electrical assembly experience
- Read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and good attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow through hands‑on training.
- Assemble cable boxes and electrical components according to schematics and work instructions.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training and shadowing to learn company processes.
