Production Lead - Finishing Rout

• Knowledge and experience with circuit board terminology.
• Experience using inspection devices, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Strong comprehension of written instructions in English, including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team working skills are critical for success.
• Good hand, finger, and eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Computer keyboarding for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
• Comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California, and Colorado. For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based on specific physical locations.

Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC, including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation;

c) understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understanding of Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
