About Woodfold

Since 1957, Woodfold Manufacturing has been designing and manufacturing custom architectural interior products from our facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. As a 100% employee‑owned (ESOP) small business company, every employee has a direct stake in our success.

Our product lines include custom accordion doors, accordion partitions, hardwood roll‑up doors, and hardwood tambour products. We sell exclusively through OEM partners and a national dealer network serving commercial, residential, institutional, and specialty markets.

While our name reflects our heritage, today's products incorporate aluminum, steel, vinyl, laminated MDF, and hardwood components, requiring a blend of manufacturing disciplines and technical expertise.

Position Overview

This opportunity is available as part of a leadership succession plan.

Reporting directly to the President, the Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of safety, manufacturing, maintenance, engineering support, quality, and continuous improvement activities.
