** We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Part-time) to join our healthcare team. In this part-time role, you'll work closely with our staff to provide exceptional care to our residents, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a Registered Nurse (Part-time) at Pacific Grove, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our seniors.
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments
* Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate with families and physicians
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment
* Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss resident progress and concerns
** Requirements:
*** Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
