Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse in Forest Grove, OR. This entry level CAP position provides coordinated care for patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation under supervision.
The role requires graduate nursing education, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. You will work with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and PCTs to ensure safe delivery of therapy and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities.
