Stratum is seeking a reliable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of Forestplace Apartment Homes in Forest Grove, Oregon. The role involves indoor and outdoor tasks, including daily grounds upkeep, turnover support, and safe golf-cart operation.
You will work full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch break. A high school diploma is preferred, and training is provided for those without multifamily experience.
