Labor- Warehouse

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Warehouse position for a client located near Hillsboro, Oregon who specializes in food production.

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm
• $21-$25/hr to start depending on experience
• Full time with potential to be hired on perm if the right fit

• Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Keeps records and compiles stock reports.
• Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually or using computer.
• Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigates discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Moves and stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Determines proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Keeps records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
• Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Provides assistance or direction to other production, QA, and maintenance workers.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production area.
• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness and safety.
• Prepares items for shipping.
• Performs other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned.
