Are you a night owl who enjoys helping people and working independently? We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Agent (Night Audit) to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests have a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience throughout the night.

• Overnight
  
  Shift:
  11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part time: 3-4 shifts per week
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with exceptional customer service.
• Process guest check-outs and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Perform the nightly audit and balance daily financial reports.
• Answer phone calls and make reservations.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Conduct routine security walks of the property.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate overnight issues.
• Follow hotel brand standards and company policies.

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
