As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers and other Stakeholders to create amazing UX/UI solutions across Pronto’s suite of applications. Your expertise will shape user experiences that are visually polished, accessible and consistent. You’ll leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver designs that make a measurable business impact.

You’ll be part of the Pronto Product Group, based in our Forest Hill, VIC head office – Pronto currently offers a3/2 hybrid work arrangementand a culture that values long‑term relationships, collaboration and innovation.

• Create high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Build user tests with tools such as Lyssna to validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., UX Pilot, Cursor, Replit) into workflows for ideation and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers and other Stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure accessibility standards and visual consistency across platforms.
• Monitor design impact on user engagement and business performance.
• Translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
• Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who has:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of prototyping and high‑fidelity work.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with user testing tools like Lyssna.
• Experience using AI design tools such as UX Pilot, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an agile environment.
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required.
• Willingness to undergo a police check.
