Automotive Parts Advisor

$22–$28 per hour | Full-time | Monday–Friday

Fury Motors is looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Forest Lake team. In this role, you will help customers and technicians get the correct parts quickly and accurately while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No evenings or weekends

• $22–$28 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests
• Identify and source automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems
• Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately
• Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns
• Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations
• Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and other team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Parts Department

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s driving requirements
• Ability to make parts deliveries and pickups as needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience
• General automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle systems
• Experience using manufacturer parts catalogs
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealer track

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in both customer-facing and parts-storage environments
