Looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Customer Service Representative. From puppies smooches to kitten cuddles, we are seeking a welcoming, multitasking, friendly and outgoing team member to come alongside our family oriented staff as a customer service representative. • Greeting and assisting clients and patients promptly with a warm and welcoming tone in a busy and fast paced environment.
• Answer and return a high volume of phone calls in a prompt and timely manner.
• Scheduling appointments in accordance with company policy.
• Patient check in, patient discharge while ensuring owners have all their questions addressed.

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer aptitude
• Answering phones and making phone calls
• Be able to use a credit card processor
• Be able to quickly our practice management system to schedule appointments and perform patient check ins, invoicing, payment processing, and client communication as well as review client/patient information
