Position Overview
Willingham Works is building a pre‑screened candidate pool for Dispatch or Public Safety Support roles in Forest Lake, Minnesota and the surrounding 10‑mile radius. This is not an immediate opening but a future staffing opportunity.
Roles we are recruiting for- Emergency Dispatcher
- Public Safety Dispatcher
- 911 Operator
- Communications Specialist
- Call Center & Coordination Professional
- Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling high-volume calls
- Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus
- Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation varies depending on assignment type, location, shift, and experience.
