Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Dually Certified Early Childhood and Elementary Special Education Teacher for the  school year in the Forest Lake, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll DoDevelop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related area Active Minnesota PELSB Early Childhood Special Education License Active Minnesota PELSB Elementary Special Education License Background check and drug screening required

Experience in school-based settings preferred
