• Full-time options: .8 FTE (32 hours) or 1.0 FTE (40 hours)
• Monday-Friday, day shift
• 4 bonused on-call Saturdays per year

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Valid driver’s license - you’ll bring high-quality care directly to patients’ homes
