** Monday-Friday; shifts may vary between 6:45am-5:30pm (including opening, mid, and closing shifts as needed)

* As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in the patient experience and diagnostic process. Your expertise helps ensure accurate specimen collection while creating a positive, professional, and reassuring experience for every patient.

** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques

+ Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

+ Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient's presence

+ Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties

+ Maintain required records, documentation, and confidentiality standards

+ Provide exceptional customer service while creating a safe and professional environment

+ Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands

+ Work independently while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient interaction skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Keyboard and data entry experience

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing staffing needs

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
