Job Summary
Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager for the Service Center in Forest Lake. The role includes overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, administration, recruitment, recognition, retention of teammates, and financial performance analysis.
Responsibilities- Operate the center’s daily functions, ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs in accordance with Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.
- Recruit, coach, and retain talented teammates.
- Monitor current financial metrics and review prior month’s data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Maintain high standards for customer service and compliance.
- Immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Industry‑comparable pay paid weekly.
- Paid vacation and holidays (accruing from day
1). - Career growth opportunities – promotion from within.
- Paid skilled training and certifications (I‑CAR and ASE).
- 3+ years of collision management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
- Advanced understanding of collision estimating.
- Prior experience with CCC
1. - Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑service orientation for both internal and external clients.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
