Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Packager openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM - Pay Frequency:

- Package finished products according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity before shipment.
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain production standards in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete production and packaging documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment while meeting productivity goals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
